Pinnacle was built to train relationship-based advisors how to participate in the exit strategies business that historically has belonged to the transactional service providers. This presentation will illustrate that there is room for the relationship-based advisors to take the lead in developing and executing exit strategy plans.
There is also a great opportunity for collaboration with the transaction-based advisors to serve your business owner's best interests.
During the 2-day workshop, you'll learn the benefits of being the quarterback of an Exit Strategy Transaction:
Hosted by:

John M. Leonetti, Esq., M.S. Finance, CM&AA
Managing Director
THE OPPORTUNITY This wealth transfer is occuring at an increasing rate. According to a NFO WorldGroup study performed in 2002, the number of business owners planning to retire was expected to increase from 50,000 per year in 2001 to 750,000 annually by 2009...
You don’t need to become a financial advisor/investment banker/business valuation analyst/tax advisor all rolled into one. The idea here is to better understand the needs of the business owner client and add value by coordinating the process.
Most of the wealth in this country is concentrated in private business ownership.

...creating a demand for this specialized type of business exit strategy planning.
WHY BUSINESS EXIT STRATEGY PLANNING?
The aging of the baby boomer generation is driving the demand for this type of planning and while many players are involved, few have established the support teams necessary to add value. This is your chance to get educated and become proactive by taking advantage of the opportunity that is quickly approaching.
"A very large number of the "baby boomer" business owners have very specialized and immediate needs as they begin to plan and harvest accumulated business and personal wealth as they approach retirement. Even though there are many available resources and hundreds of thousands of advisory professionals, none has the kind of advantages Pinnacle offers in this large, unorganized, and highly fragmented marketplace."

| In late 2007, I found several existing clients wanting to sell/transition out of their business and wanting me to help them in that. I quickly realized the possibilities to me in my practice doing this type of work. I knew I needed help both in modeling client solutions and marketing to new prospects. I found and choose Pinnacle as my partner in this and am extremely happy with the support and their efforts to quickly and thoroughly educate me in developing this new capability which I see as being the main focus for the rest of my career.
